Pastor Tom Parsons
Senior Pastor
Thomas Parsons Jr. came to Hartford City Wesleyan as Senior Pastor in July 2001. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Christian Ministries. Tom met his wife Kara while attending IWU. They have five children - Bryce (June 18, 2000), Thomas III (Nov. 23, 2001), Becca (March 17, 2003), Bailey (Dec. 15, 2004), and Allie (April 24, 2006). Pastor Tom enjoys crossword puzzles, traveling through the countryside, and thinking about building birdhouses.

Pastor David Bannach
Pastor of Worship and Community Life
David is a native of West Michigan and a 1993 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where he received his undergraduate degree in Psychology. While at IWU, David traveled with the University Chorale, as well as the men's ensemble, Master's Praise. Becky is a 1989 graduate of Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Broadcast Communications. David & Becky met at her sister's wedding. Since being married in 1991, we have served as both lay & paid ministry staff in churches in Alaska, Indiana, Alabama, and Michigan. David & Becky have three beautiful children (Tirzah - 1996; Benjamin - 1999; Josiah - 2001) and a rat terrier named Bongo.

Pastor Ian Fancher
Youth Pastor
Ian Fancher has lived in Hartford City all his life. He is engaged to Allison Smith and the plan to marry on August 1, 2009. Ian is currently a ministerial student at Indiana Wesleyan University pursuing a major in Youth Ministry and a minor in Theology. Ian enjoys playing guitar, hunting, fishing, any sport with a ball, and relaxing in a cabin in Canada.

Pam Shroyer
Administrative Assistant
Pam Shroyer has been our administrative assistant since 1999. Pam and her husband Garry have three children (Jae Ann lives in New Hudson MI, Jill lives in Columbia City, IN, and Brady lives in Blackford County, IN) and five grandsons. The Shroyers began attending H.C.W.C. in 1980 when they were looking for a church that believed what they taught and had a solid children's ministry. Pam attends the Truth Seekers Sunday School Class and the Wednesday Night Ladies Bible Study.
